The Restaurant La Frégate in Collioure hosts you every day .
Our Restauration Director, Mario de Freitas, and the new chef, Emilie Marcadier, invite you to discover a southern cooking, a melting between a traditional cooking and a contemporary one.
You can also have the possibility, if you stay in our Hotel*** to take the halfboard option (including the room, the breakfast and the dinner in our restaurant).
Our head-waiter, Sébastien Taurines, will receive you in our restaurant La Frégate.
You will enjoy your meal in a Catalan style dining-room decorated with spanish ceramics - the Azuleros.
An exterior terrace, in a pedestrian street of Collioure, is also made available to all.
